Due to the nature of our products, items that are customized, personalized, or hand-finished are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for review.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.
